What motivates you?
A challenging task motivates me. I like the feeling when you accomplish something you doubted you would be able to do. I find it more fun and rewarding to feel like I’m learning new things and develop than just being stuck in a never changing safe world without possabilities.
What kind of person would you refuse to work with?
I would refuse to work with a person who always choose to see problems. Of course you have to pay attention to problems and find solutions, but I believe that to be able to move on and achieve something you have to see possibilities instead of problems.
How do you deal with a conflict?
When a conflict occurs I try to figure out the reasons to why it happened. I try different solution until I come up with something that works. A great thing to do is to ask other people for ideas, I usually ask my parents first.
How do you handle stress?
I know stress have been hard for me to handle and have brought me down a lot of times. I have now found a way to turn it in to an advantage. When I face a stressful situation I make sure to get things done as fast and effective as possible. I focus at one task at a time.
Tell me how you handle a difficult situation.
To handle a difficult situation I try to keep calm and test any possible solution I can think about until I find something that works. If I can’t find anything that works I usually leave it for a while and try to come back to it later with new ideas, or I ask for help.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
In five years I see myself in school. I am planning on going to college in Sweden and possible do an exchange year in another european country. I am not yet sure what I want to study but probably something that involves language. While studying I also want to have a part time job to make sure I have some money.
Who do you look up to?
I look up to kind and genuine people. I think you always should try to be nice. You can’t lose anything by being nice. The very common saying, treat others the way you want to be treated is such a cliche but still so true.
What kind of job do you like the most?
I enjoy creative work a lot. I like when I get the possibility to try new ideas and do things in my own way. I always have a lot of ideas and I like to try them all.
What was your biggest mistake?
My biggest mistake was when I thought that my life would get better by eating less. It didn’t realize it directly but I only destroyed my self. I made my body weaker, I was always tired and I never had time to think about anything but food.
What are three things your former manager/ supervisor would like you to Improve on?
I think that my former manager would like me to improve my ability to work with other people because when I feel confident about being able to accomplish something I usually want to do it on my own. I don’t want to adapt to someone else's way to do it or possible have to deal with someone who don’t know what's going on. Me and much likely my former boss would want me to improve my punctuality and planning. I sometimes struggles to manage my time wisely. I easily focus too much on tasks I’m interested in, which doesn't leave much time for less interesting tasks. That doesn't always work out well because there is no extra time to correct possible mistakes.
